[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 042stab106.6 (moved to stable)

OpenVZ project released an updated RHEL6 based kernel.
Read below for more information. Everyone is advised to update.

* hide /sys/block for CT w/o 2nd ploop,
	fix broken network in SLES 10 containers
* ipv4: disable bh while doing route gc (#3201)
* cgroup: disable tun device by default (#3209)
