[Announce] Kernel RHEL5 028stab110.1 (moved to stable)

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5 based kernel. Read below 
for more information.

Everyone is advised to update, or *switch to RHEL6 based kernel*.

Since 028stab108.1:
* Rebase to 2.6.18-371.3.1.el5 kernel (security and bug fixes, 
RHSA-2013:1790)
* fix for futex FUTEX_WAIT_BITSET & FUTEX_CLOCK_REALTIME
