[Announce] Templates update June 2014: minimal templates CentOS 7 beta

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* Added beta of CentOS 7 x86_64 (default and minimal)
   * NOTE this is not final CentOS7 release, this is for testing only
* Minimal templates moved out of beta:
   * CentOS 6
   * Debian 6 and 7
   * openSUSE 13.1
   * Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04
* Ubuntu 12.10 moved to unsupported (EOL)
* All existing templates are updated
