[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 testing 042stab082.6

OpenVZ project released an updated RHEL6 based testing kernel. Read

* cpt: better handling of traced tasks (PSBM-21076, PSBM-20418)
* rst: set tasks rlimits to OS max value for undump stage (PCLIN-31907)
* ploop: skip writes of zeroes to unallocated (PSBM-22506, PSBM-22381)
