[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 042stab083.2 (stable)

OpenVZ project released an updated RHEL6 based kernel. Read below for 
more information. Everyone is advised to upgrade.

RHSA-2013-1436)
* Fix a locking bug in the kernel statistics accounting code (PSBM-23293)
