[Announce] Templates update Mar 2013 (+openSUSE 12.3)

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* Added openSUSE-12.3 to beta
* Fixed scientific-6 templates to not contain packages from fastbugs (#2525)
* Ubuntu-11.04, openSUSE 11.3 and 11.4 moved to unsupported (past-EOL)
* All existing templates are updated
