[Announce] Templates update Jul 2013 (+Fedora 19)

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes

* Added Fedora 19 (to beta)
* Debian 7 and Ubuntu-13.04 moved out of beta
* Ubuntu 8.04, 11.10 and SUSE 12.1 moved to unsupported (EOL)
* Debian 7 x86_64 bug fixed (#2607)
* All existing templates are updated
