[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 042stab078.28 (stable)

OpenVZ project released an updated RHEL6 based kernel. Read below for 
more information. Everyone using this kernel branch is advised to upgrade.

Since 042stab078.27:
* Under certain circumstances, a memory allocation failure could cause 
network configuration related activities to hang due to a missing lock 
release on the particular error path (PSBM-21008, RH#982108).
