[Announce] vzctl 4.1.2

OpenVZ project has released a new vzctl version.
Read below for more information. Everybody is advised to upgrade.

Changes
=======
This is a next stable update to 4.1 series, fixing a few bugs.

Regressions:
* etc/init.d/vz-gentoo: fix missing VZREBOOTDIR (#2467)
* fix extra arguments parsing by add-on modules (#2428)
* do not whine about unknown VE_STOP_MODE parameter

Fixes:
* load_ploop_lib(): prevent buffer overflow with newer ploop-lib
