[Announce] templates update Feb 2013 (+Fedora 18)

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* Added fedora-18 to beta
* opensuse-12.2 and ubuntu-12.10 moved out of beta
* ubuntu-10.10 and fedora-15moved to unsupported (past-EOL)
* All existing templates are updated
