[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 testing 042stab080.8

OpenVZ project released an updated RHEL6 based testing kernel. Read 
below for more information.

NOTE that this is a *testing* kernel, not yet recommended for production.

* [nfs] dropped all nfs quota rework patches
* [cpt] do not clear PF_FREEZING in rst_restore_process() (PSBM-21408, 
#2699)
* [spec] kernel rpm package now provides kernel=$rhel_kernel_version and 
vzkernel=$vz_kernel_version (PSBM-21258, #2679)
