[Announce] templates update Jun 2012 (added Fedora 17)

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* Added Fedora 17 templates (to beta)
** require OpenVZ kernel 042stab056.11 or later
* Ubuntu 12.04 moved out of beta
* Fixed absent /dev/shm mount in CentOS 6 and Scientific Linux 6 (#2289)
* Fixed bad device permissions in Ubuntu 12.04 (#2268)
* All existing templates are updated
