[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 042stab057.1 (moved to stable)

OpenVZ project has released a new RHEL6 based kernel. Read below
for more information. Everyone using this kernel branch is advised to
upgrade.


Changes

* Rebase to RHEL6.2 kernel-2.6.32-220.23.1.el6 kernel (security and bug 
fixes)
* Fixes and improvements all over the tree
* Note that CONFIG_OPENVSWITCH is not enabled in this kernel
