[Announce] templates update Aug 2012

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.

Changes
=======
* Fedora 17 templates moved out of beta
* Added acl and attr packaged to Scientific Linux 6 templates
* Fixed lost SUID bits (ping, sudo etc.) for Ubuntu 12.04 templates (#2328)
* All existing templates are updated
