[Announce] Kernel RHEL6 testing 042stab054.3

OpenVZ project has released a new RHEL6 based testing kernel. Read below
for more information. Everyone using this kernel branch is advised to
upgrade.

NOTE this is a *testing* kernel, not recommended for production.

* [bridge] [minor] tcpdump shows incoming traffic in bridged veth CT [PCLIN-30814]
* [block] [minor] order of nested locking fixed in resize partition ioctl
* [ext4/ploop] [minor] preserve balloon_ino option on remount. Otherwise this option
     is dropped when some distrib scripts (unaware of ploop/balloon) remount root inside
     a CT. Use "balloon_ino=0" mount option if you need to really drop balloon.

* [cpt] [minor] bypass limits on inotify files creation during CT checkpoint [PSBM-12475]
* [ploop] [minor] discard requests handling fixes
* [ploop] [minor] possible deadlock fixed

* [ploop] [minor] out-of-space error message has been made more descriptive
