[Announce] New vzctl-3.0.29.3

OpenVZ project has released a new vzctl version.
Read below for more information. Everybody is advised to upgrade.

Changes
=======
This is a next stable update to 3.0.29, fixing the following regressions:
* vzctl set --hostname: fix adding netmask to /etc/hosts (#2014)
* vzctl set --ipadd: if no netmask is specified, set it to /32 (#2017)

Plus it contains the following fixes/improvements:
* Fix stdin/stdout after vzctl enter (#1956)
* etc/init.d/vz-redhat: fix IPTABLES_MODULES usage (#2018)
