OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5 based kernel.
Read below for more information. All users are advised to upgrade.

NOTE that this is a *testing* kernel, not recommended for production.

* Rebase on 274.7.1.el5 kernel (security and bug fixes)
* Fix loosing socket permissions in /dev after CT live migration
