[Announce] Precreated templates update, Scientific Linux 6 (beta), Debian fixes

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* Added Scientific Linux 6 (to 'beta')
* Debian 6: fix #1875 (no /dev/ptmx)
* Debian 5: fix #1577 (bad sources.list)
* Fedora 12 and SUSE 11.1 moved to 'unsupported' (past-EOL)
* All existing templates are updated
