[Announce] New kernel release: RHEL6 2.6.32 042test013.1

OpenVZ project has released a new RHEL6 based
kernel. Read below for more information. Please
note that this is an unstable kernel.

* Many bugfixes in CPT, shmem, VSwap, UBC, simfs, fairsched
* Optimized entering in CT
* RPM packaging fixes (noarch firmware, name)
* Debuginfo packages removed
