OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5 based
stable kernel. Read below for more information.

* Rebased onto RHEL5 update 2.6.18-238.5.1 (bug and security fixes)
* Introduced cpumask feature
* Fixed tcpdump for modern distros (ubuntu/suse/rhel6, backported 
PACKET_RESERVE sockopt)
* Fixed initscripts in suse11.3
* Beancounters optimizations
* Bug fixes in core, arch, CPT, scheduler, networking, IPv6, NFSv4, UBC, 
device moving, etc.
* Backported relatime feature
* pid_max rework
* atl1 NIC driver updated to 2.1.3


Compatibility

* cpumask feature requires vzctl >= 3.0.26
