[Announce] Precreated templates update July 2011, CentOS 6

OpenVZ project announces an update to official precreated templates.


Changes
=======
* Added CentOS 6 (to 'beta').
* Removed SL6 *devel* templates (in favour of CentOS6 devel).
* All existing templates are updated.
