[Announce] New kernel: RHEL6 042stab044.11

OpenVZ project has released a new RHEL6 based kernel. Read below
for more information. Everyone using this kernel branch is advised to
upgrade.

* Reworked VSwap kernel memory accounting
* Fixes in CPT, UBC, netfilter, NFSD, VZDQ, VSwap, OOM, sunrpc, VE, bridge
* Virtualized devtmpfs
* Added FIFOs migration on NFS
* Fixed netdevice sysfs moving
* Added charged dcache tracking
* Improved OOM logging
