[Announce] New kernel: RHEL6 042stab029.1

OpenVZ project has released a new RHEL6 based kernel. Read below for
more information. Please note that this is a *beta* kernel.

* Fixed crashes after vznetdev unload
* Fixed crash on vzctl legacy env recreation
* Fixed error core returned on env creds prep failure
* Disabled NFSv4 in container by default
* Fixed 2nd level quota update on nfs
* Fixed CFQ idle/noidle detection on fast disk
