[Announce] New kernel: RHEL6 042stab025.1

OpenVZ project has released a new RHEL6 based kernel. Read below for
more information. Please note that this is a *beta* kernel.

* Fixed hpet timer wraparound problem
* Turned off ext4 delayed allocations by default
* Fixed potential vpid leak
* Small fix in NFS
