[Announce] New kernel release: RHEL5 2.6.18 238.9.1 028stab089.1 (moved to stable)

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5 based kernel.

* Rebase on 238.9.1 RHEL update (security fixes, see below)
* Fixes in OOM killer and CPU stats
* Sysctl to tune the relatime update interval (fs.relatime_interval, #1834)
* Fixed Bulldozer boot process (patch from AMD devs)
* Fixed page tables accounting (#1822)
* Improved fairsched performance, sysctl kernel.vcpu_hot_timeslice now work properly
* Made uevent files readable
* Abort faulty NFS/Autofs migration early
* Pseudo-NAPI for venet
* Single-threaded rpciod
* Updated DRBD
* Fixed compilation with older GCC (openwall)
* Optimized file list locking
