[Announce] New vzctl release: 3.0.24.1

OpenVZ project has released a new vzctl version.
Read below for more information. Everybody is advised to upgrade.


Changes
=======
This is a stable update to 3.0.24, fixing a few regressions:
* Restore vzgetnetdev incompatibility with mawk (##1506, 1588, 1602)
* Fix unclosed double quote in IP_ADDR value ct.conf (#1628)

Also, a few important fixes (that are not regressions in 3.0.24)
are also included:
* Fix broken networking in Ubuntu 10.04 after apt-get upgrade
* vzctl start: do not remove 127.0.0.1 aliases in /etc/hosts (##1618, 855)
* Fix netmask for IPv6 address in a Gentoo container (#1571)
