[Announce] New kernel release: RHEL5 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5 028stab069.5

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5 based kernel.
Read below for more information. Everybody who is using
this kernel branch is advised to upgrade.


Changes
=======
* Rebase to RHEL5.5 kernel 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5: multiple
   security and bug fixes, driver updates
* Improvements in I/O scheduler
* Fixed posix CPU timers wrt migration
* Fixed IPv6 netfilter ULOG rule to log into CT
* Added ability to have nfsd and bridges inside CT
   (nfsd feature development sponsored by Alcatel-Lucent)
* New vzevent module


Compatibility
=============
* Features nfsd and bridge require support from vzctl
   (to be available in vzctl-3.0.24)
