[Announce] New kernel release: RHEL5 2.6.18-164.11.1.el5 028stab068.2

The below kernel is buggy and was released by mistake. It is now removed
from download area, please do not use it.

The correct kernel version is 028stab068.3, release announce
will follow momentarily (not that it differs, but).
