[Announce] New kernel release: 2.6.32 avdeyev

OpenVZ project has released a new 2.6.32 based kernel.
Read below for more information. Everybody who is using
this kernel branch is advised to upgrade.


Changes
=======
* Rebased on 2.6.32.12
* Pulled in many fixes and updates from stable (RHEL5) branch
* Fixes in netfilter, posix timers, CPT, NFS in CT, loadavg
   stats, /proc/kmsg permissions.
