[Announce] [SECURITY] New kernel release: RHEL4 2.6.9 023stab051.2

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL4 based kernel.
Read below for more information. Everybody who is using
this kernel branch is advised to upgrade.


Changes
=======
* Rebase to newer RHEL4 kernel (2.6.9-89.0.9.EL):
** lots of security fixes
** some bug fixes, driver updates, new features
* OpenVZ-specific bug fixes for:
* a kernel panic during online migration under a high network load
* short timeout for waiting netdevices to become free
* NMI watchdog not showing statistics for all CPUs
  when an NMI lockup is detected
* incorrect uncharge of pre-charged files if these files are
  closed not in the same thread where they were opened
  (triggered by e.g. named)
