[Announce] New kernel release: 2.6.26 chekhov

OpenVZ project has released an updated 2.6.26 based kernel.
Read below for more information. Everybody who is using
this kernel branch is advised to upgrade.


Changes
=======
Since 2.6.26-bulgakov.1:
* Merged 2.6.26.8 fixes
* Many fixes in NFS (it seems to work right now)
* Obvious blockers to CPT fixed (it is still unstable however)
* Fixed critical BUGs in netns-to-ovz interaction
