[Announce] New kernel release: kernel 2.6.24-ovz006.2

OpenVZ project has released an updated 2.6.24 based kernel.
Read below for more information. Everybody who is using
this kernel branch is advised to upgrade.


Changes

* Fixed VLANs to work
* Fixed netlink processing in container
* Fixed some bugs (and memory corruption) in UBC networking
* Updated DRBD to 8.2.6
* Many other long standing small fixes over CPT, VZDQ, UBC, net
namespaces, etc.
