[Announce] New kernel release: RHEL5 2.6.18-92.1.13 028stab059.3

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL5 based kernel.
Read below for more information. Everybody who is using
this kernel branch is advised to upgrade.

* Rebased on RHEL5 update 2.6.18-92.1.13, lots of CVEs and other fixes.
* Compilation fixes with some .config variants
* Race in checkpointing wrt half-open connection restore
* OpenVZ-in-Xen compilation fixed
* Long standing deadlock in dropping caches fixed
* Updated GFSv1 up to 0.1.23-5.el5_2.2
* Updated DRBD up to 8.2.6
* IPIP and SIT devices support
* MIB stats migration
* Drop potential VE immune to OOM killer
* Finally properly ban simultaneous vzdq and nfs work
* Ban NFS submounts (not to oops)
* Other bugfixes in UBC, CPT

* gfs.ko module can not be loaded in this kernel.
