[Announce] New kernel release: 2.6.24 ovz002.2

OpenVZ project has released the first version of the 2.6.24-based
OpenVZ kernel. Read below for more information. Everybody who's
using this kernel branch is advised to upgrade.
NOTE that this is development kernel branch.
Changes
=======
* Based on mainline 2.6.24.3 kernel.
* Port to part of net namesaces infrastructure from mainline.
* CPT is back and working (modulo bugs).
* Fairsched was dropped, mainline scheduler is used.

Compatibility
=============
* All OpenVZ specific sysctls were made /proc/sys-only.
* Due to fairsched absence /proc/fairsched, /proc/fairsched2,
sys_fairsched_* system calls are unavailable, fairsched VE
tunables are temporarily ignored.
