[Announce] New kernel release: RHEL4 2.6.9 023stab044.4

OpenVZ project has released an updated RHEL4 (2.6.9) based kernel. Read 
below
for more information. Everybody who's using this kernel is advised to 
upgrade.

Changes
=======
* Rebased on 2.6.9-55.el4 (RHEL4u5)
* Backported some patches from 2.6.18 (fairsched optimizations, fixes in 
vzquota, smbfs etc).
* Lots of driver updates.
