[Announce] New devel kernel release: 2.6.18-028test018.1

OpenVZ project has released an updated 2.6.18-based kernel. Read below
for more information. Everybody who's using 2.6.18-based kernel
is advised to upgrade.


Changes

Merged mainstream stable updates up to 2.6.18.8. Critical fix in 
task/UBC handling. Fixes in ext3, NFS for VE, simfs. Checkpointing fixes 
and improvements.
