[Announce] New kernel releases: 2.6.18-028stab027.1, RHEL5 2.6.18-8.el5-028stab027.1

OpenVZ project has released updated RHEL5 and 2.6.18-based kernels.
Read below for more information. Everybody who's using those kernels
is advised to upgrade.


Changes
=======
Fixes/improvements in checkpointing, NFS in VE, IOPRIO, CPU scheduler. 
NMI watchdog is now disabled by default for i686 kernels. A few fixes 
backported from mainstream. DRBD updated to 8.0. Attansic L1 Gigabit 
Ethernet driver added (RHEL5 kernel only).
