[Announce] New release: kernel 2.6.16-026test020.1

OpenVZ project has released a new devel kernel.
Read below for more information. Everybody using devel kernel branch is 
advised to upgrade.

Changes

The updated kernel includes CPT and vzquota bugfixes, veth enhancement, 
mainstream updates, compilation cleanups.
