[Announce] New devel kernel release: 2.6.18-028test005.1

OpenVZ project has released an updated 2.6.18-based kernel. Read below
for more information. Everybody who's using 2.6.18-based kernel
is advised to upgrade.

Compatibility

* Please note that if you use yum and have openvz-kernel-devel
   repository enabled, there will be no automatic upgrade to this
   new kernel. This will be fixed during next kernel releases.
