[Announce] New devel kernel release: 2.6.18-028test007.1

OpenVZ project has released an updated 2.6.18-based kernel. Read below
for more information. Everybody who's using 2.6.18-based kernel
is advised to upgrade.

Major bugfixes. Mainstream update up to 2.6.18.3. OpenVZ stable update 
up to 023stab035. VLAN virtualization. NFS client support. Generic 
features interface with vzctl. Netfilters redesign. AIC94xx driver.

Compatibility
=============
* Please note that if you use yum and have openvz-kernel-devel
   repository enabled, there will be no automatic upgrade to this
   new kernel. This will be fixed during next kernel releases.

* For NFS in VE configuration, see http://wiki.openvz.org/NFS

* CPT functionality still has a few known issues.
